Important Update on the Dredge Proposal
DREDGING DID NOT PASS.
We needed 171 yes votes for the proposal to pass. We counted 140 yes votes and 74 no votes. The ByLaws state we need 66 2/3% of ALL co-owners to vote yes to pass, which is 171 votes.
Thank you to the volunteers who helped with the vote: Michelle White, Gerald Koth, Lori Briggs, Diane Guthrie & me. We had 8 Co-owner observers and 2 Board Members in attendance.

Open Position: Seasonal Pool Operator
With the upcoming camping season, Jim will step down from his responsibilities with the pool, so we are seeking a dedicated individual to take on this role. This is a 4-month, paid position requiring a 7-day per week commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining state-mandated records
-
Preparing for unscheduled state inspections
-
Opening and closing the pool each day
-
Monitoring water and chemical levels, and making necessary adjustments

Basic pool filter service
-
Possible travel for supplies and water testing
-
Vacuum pool as needed
-
Clean skimmers daily
-
General housekeeping of pool deck and associated areas
-
Miscellaneous duties as necessary

Qualifications:

Experience in pool operations is helpful but not required—training will be provided to the right candidate
